Birthday Party FAQ
Please note: Our party package is recommended for children ages 7 and up.
For parties with younger gamers, additional Party Tickets should be purchased to ensure the best experience for the children and adequate supervision.
Our venues are admission only. Anyone trying to access admission only areas without the correct tickets will be asked to leave.
A Party Ticket includes access to both the arcade floor and the private party room after game time.
There are a maximum of 20 Party Tickets available per party. This count includes both children and adults, and does not include the 2 complimentary adults.
Our Birthday Party Package includes:
- 90 minutes of gaming in the arcade
- 30 minutes after gaming time in the party room for food/cake and celebrations. We do not provide food; however, you are welcome to bring your own or order something in!
- A team member will be provided as your Party Host, who will help with the smooth running of the party process!
- Your Party Host will run a competition with the children followed later by an award ceremony, including medals for 1st, 2nd & 3rd. 1st place winner and birthday child will both receive free tickets for a return trip to the arcade!
- We’ll provide unlimited squash and water!
- You’ll receive 2 complimentary tickets for supervising adults (typically the birthday child’s parents) to supervise in the arcade.
- We offer digital or physical invitations!
We provide cups and jugs for the unlimited squash and water we offer throughout the party, and we will also have a cake knife and lighter to hand!
If you require plates, cutlery or napkins, please bring them along with you.
Yes. All attendees require a wristband to gain entry to the arcade floor, including parents and supervising adults.
Yes! Additional adults can purchase standard General Admission 60-minute or 90-minute tickets to join the game time.
Please note: General Admission tickets grant access strictly to the arcade floor for the specified duration and do not include access to the private party room.
If capacity allows, “Party Room Only” tickets can be purchased on the day for £4 per person.
Includes: 30 minutes of access to the party room during the food/cake portion of the party.
Does NOT include: Access to the arcade floor.
Capacity Limit: The total party room capacity of 22 people (including 2 complimentary supervising adults) cannot be exceeded under any circumstances.
Yes, additional parents are welcome to wait in our Hub area.
Access to the arcade floor and party room requires a valid ticket/wristband.
Note: Only a limited portion of the arcade floor is visible from the Hub area.
Yes! Party guests with a disability can bring one accompanying carer free of charge.
Carer tickets cannot be issued without supporting documentation. To get this ticket applied to your booking, please follow these steps:
- Email our team at hello@highscorearcades.co.uk.
- Submit your proof of eligibility (contact us ahead of time if you need a list of accepted documentation).
- Our Customer Support team will apply the concession to your party booking!
